Please supply as much information as possible so that we suggest the most appropriate accommodation to meet your specific needs.
If you have any particular requirements or special interests, for example a swimming pool, fenced off garden, close to beach or shops, requirement for a cot, disabilities, prefer to be near a golf course or anything else that would make your holiday perfect, please let us know.
Once we receive your enquiry form we will get back to you as soon as possible by phone or email with villa suggestions along with prices for your chosen dates.
On choosing your preferred villa we will confirm availability and contact you immediately. We are happy to place an option on your choice for a few days, temporarily reserving the property for you while you make your decision and any travel arrangements.
On acceptance of your booking we will require you to complete a booking form and to send us a cheque for the deposit by return first class post. On receipt of these and clearance of the cheque, we will confirm your booking in writing (post/email). The balance payment will be required 8 weeks prior to departure.

IMPORTANT BOOKING DETAILS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The rates are for weekly rental of the apartment/villa (Saturday to Saturday). Your property will usually be ready or the key available for collection for you after 3pm. If this is not the case we will confirm this on your booking form. Clients are respectfully requested to inform us as soon as possible of any change in arrival time. Your departure should be arranged between 8 and 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. In some cases we may request you deliver the key back to our local representative. We will send you details on how to find the property in the confirmation letter after receipt of final payment.
CLEANING COSTS
A few of our villas require a cleaning charge to be paid directly to the Owner or their representative at the property. The amount will be confirmed on your Booking Form. Your villa will have been cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and we request that you leave the property and its contents as you expect to find it. You will be expected to cover the cost of extra cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable condition. Linen is provided by the owner and is changed weekly on change over date. A few villas may not provide towels and we will confirm the availability on your confirmation letter.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In all cases, a refundable damage deposit is payable to the owner or their representative at your property. This deposit will be repaid on your departure, subject to a reduction for any damages caused to the property or to its contents. The deposit must be paid in Euros. Please make sure you have this ready on arrival.
INSURANCE
We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking. Please refer to our full booking conditions relating to our cancellation charges.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
We state clearly the number of people the property sleeps and this must NOT be exceeded.
FURNISHINGS
The properties are often typical of the local architecture with Italian character and as such the clients decor or taste in furniture may be different from that in the UK. There is commonly a shortage of 'lounge' style seating as the Italians prefer to gather around the eating area or patio. Please inform us if for any health reasons you specifically require
comfortable seating on your enquiry form.
KITCHENS
Not all kitchens have electric or gas ovens but there will be a form of cooker/hob and sometimes a microwave. There will be a refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water and utensils, crockery, and household equipment of a reasonable standard suitable for the duration and number of people in the property. Kettles are rarely included as water is boiled in saucepan's in Italy, a travel kettle is always a good idea. The available crockery may include small coffee cups but not tea cups.
