Villas of Italy Ltd was set up in 2001 by two families who had found it hard to find suitable accommodation for a family holiday at a sensible price. Working with friends and owners we set out to offer customers a selection of Italian properties that provided exactly what we had been looking for - comfortable villas and apartments in beautiful locations with easy access to both local facilities and cultural centres. Although still a family run business we pride ourselves in our friendly, professional service tailored to each customers needs.

We regularly travel throughout Umbria and Tuscany to seek out quality properties that meet our own high standards for holiday homes. We currently offer more than a hundred properties, from independent villas of all sizes, or rustic style apartments, to locations that offer a taste of true Italian life on a working olive farm or vineyard. We even offer apartments with use of a modern health spa for guests who really wish to pamper themselves!
