Villa Antognolla has one of the most stunning settings of all our villas. Perched at the top of the Antognolla Valley, looking down to the magnificent castle and across a championship golf course. A luxury four bedroom villa (sleeping 8) with a two bedroom Guest Cottage (sleeping 4) set in the heart of the 1,000 acre Antognolla private estate. This six hundred year old farmhouse has been beautifully restored and retains all the original character. The property sits amidst magnificent landscaped gardens, completed by an 'L' shaped infinity pool. Available to rent privately or for corporate functions, its close proximity to the Antognolla 18 hole Championship Golf Course makes it ideal for both families and groups of golf enthusiasts.

Accommodation:

• Main Villa:
  Approached through a lovely courtyard. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen (two ovens, gas range, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher) with a breakfast table to seat six plus laundry room and WC. The open plan dining and living room is presided over by the great fireplace and the antique French oak dining table can seat 8 to 12. The living room has a large SAT TV with a VCR, DVD and a hi-fi unit. Leading from the main sitting room, down the corridor, there is a large bedroom with a double (or twin), an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. At the top of the stairs is a large games room with snooker/table, tennis table and sitting area. There are a further 3 double bedrooms with en-suites: The Master Suite has a large double bedroom, with stunning valley views and en suite bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bath. The Pink Bedroom has 2 singles (or a double) and en suite shower room. The Green Bedroom has 2 singles (or a double) and en-suite.
  
• The Cottage:
  Located adjacent to the main villa but detached and self-contained. It also commands views across the rolling hills and forests of the Antognolla Estate. There is an external covered terrace, with seating for four. Inside are two double bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms (one with hydromassage bath). The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and gas range, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining room with adjacent living room contains a fabulous wood burning fire with a built-in pizza oven. SAT TV provided.
  

Amenities:

The house is surrounded by 2.5 acres of stunning landscaped gardens with mature olive trees, banks of lavender and a vast array of shrubs. There is an ‘L’ shaped salt water infinity pool with large terrace and magnificent views of the castle and estate. Close to the pool is a large pergola with seating for 8 and a gas barbecue. There is use of a table tennis table and pool table as well as a couple of bicycles. Guests have full access to the Antognolla golf course and amenities while the villa owners provide several sets of golf clubs for guests use. Perugia golf course 20 mins drive. Distance from airports: Perugia, St Edigio 25 mins, Bologna Forli 1 hr 30 mins, Ancona 1 hr 30 mins, Rome 2 hrs, Pisa/Florence 2 hrs 15 mins.

Notes:

During high season the main villa and cottage can only be rented together. The price includes initial and final cleaning, bed and bath linen, gas, water and electricity. Heating costs are calculated based on consumption. A damage deposit in the way of a credit card guarantee form is required on arrival and returned on departure, subject to any damage or breakages. Additional cleaning, cooking and prepared meals can be arranged along with local tours of the area.
